POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the operational and strategic evolution of a premier Training Institute. As a seasoned Executive Leader, you will bring deep expertise in Vocational Education to manage the end-to-end delivery of Technical, Business, and Language training programs.

In this role, you will be the primary driver of Operational Excellence, overseeing Exam Administration and ensuring the institute’s curriculum remains at the forefront of global Certification Standards.

STRATEGIC OPERATIONS & ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP

  • Institute Management: Provide comprehensive Executive Direction for all daily operations. You will leverage extensive Experience in Similar Institutes to optimize Academic Delivery and elevate Student Outcomes.
  • Curriculum Strategy: Lead the strategic identification and integration of high-demand Global Certifications and Exams across three core pillars:
    • IT & Computer Science: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Management, and Machine Learning.
    • Business & Management: Finance, HR Management, Marketing, and Business Administration.
    • English Language: International proficiency standards, including IELTS and TOEFL.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of distinguished Trainers and Subject Matter Experts from global talent pools to ensure the delivery of specialized, high-impact coursework.

EXAM MANAGEMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • Examination Oversight: Direct the complete Examination Lifecycle, maintaining strict adherence to Security Protocols and Regulatory Standards for both internal assessments and international testing bodies.
  • Course Delivery: Oversee the scheduling and execution of all Training Modules, ensuring they meet the rigorous requirements for Professional Accreditation.
  • Quality Control: Implement and manage robust Monitoring Systems to evaluate Trainer Performance and Student Progress, safeguarding the institute's reputation for Educational Excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive Professional Experience, with a minimum of 5–7 years in Executive Leadership or Senior Operations Management specifically within the Education or Vocational Training sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated mastery of Global Exam Boards, Certification Pathways, and the evolving Educational Technology landscape.
