ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Linguistic Specialist to lead our English Language & Proficiency department. This role is designed for a dedicated professional with proven Coaching Institute Experience who can guide learners toward achieving high-stakes international certifications. The trainer will be responsible for creating an immersive learning environment that fosters fluency, accuracy, and confidence in Academic and Professional English.

TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

The trainer must demonstrate advanced proficiency and provide instructional excellence for single or multiple certifications within the following clusters:

1. International Proficiency Exams

Leading students to success in the "Gold Standard" benchmarks for global migration and education:

• IELTS (International English Language Testing System): Specialized coaching for the most widely recognized proficiency test, focusing on both Academic and General Training modules.
• TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language): Delivering high-intensity preparation for this computer-based academic exam, preferred by institutions in the US and Canada.
• PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English): Providing expert guidance on this AI-scored assessment known for fast results and wide acceptance in the UK and Australia.
• Cambridge English Qualifications: Instruction for the full suite of exams, including B2 First, C1 Advanced, and C2 Proficiency levels.

2. Specialized Teacher Training

Mentoring aspiring educators through mandatory international teaching credentials:

• Cambridge CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages): Delivering the most widely recognized qualification for English teaching globally, required by 75% of employers.
• Level 5 TEFL Diploma: Leading instruction for this Ofqual-regulated high-standard qualification, ideal for digital-first and freelance teachers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Curriculum Design: Develop structured lesson plans and Interactive Workshops that align with international frameworks such as the CEFR.
• Instructional Delivery: Lead live classes focusing on Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Pronunciation.
• Exam Simulation: Conduct regular Mock Exams and provide detailed feedback using official band descriptors and scoring patterns.
• Platform Integration: Utilize top accredited online platforms like the British Council English Online and Coursera to support blended learning.
• Mentorship: Offer personalized coaching to help students overcome specific hurdles in Fluency and Confidence-Building.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS
