Enterprise Architect Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect Specialist to lead our architectural initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the technological roadmap, ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure align seamlessly with business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing complex architectural frameworks, with a specific focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and validitating architecture through rigorous System Integration Testing (SIT) standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architectural Strategy & Design

  • Define and maintain the organization's Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all IT domains.
  • Develop high-level design specifications and blueprints that support business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that adhere to industry best practices.

Governance & GRC Alignment

  • Establish and enforce robust architectural Governance frameworks.
  • Ensure all architectural designs and implementations strictly adhere to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, mitigating architectural risks effectively.

System Integration & Testing Oversight

  • Provide architectural oversight for System Integration Testing (SIT) processes to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across diverse systems.
  • Validate that integration points satisfy functional requirements and performance metrics before deployment.
  • Work closely with testing and QA teams to resolve complex integration challenges identified during the SIT phase.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business leadership to communicate architectural value and technical constraints.
  • Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on architectural standards and modern technology trends.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture or a related technical field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and their application within IT architecture.
    • Proven track record in overseeing System Integration Testing (SIT) and managing complex integration ecosystems.
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) are highly desirable.
