Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with over 10+ years of experience to lead complex, cloud-centric projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands deep expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and traditional), risk management, stakeholder engagement, and technical acumen in cloud computing and application design. The position is based onsite in Saudi Arabia, and candidates must be locally available with a transferrable IQAMA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management:
• • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
• • Lead cross-functional teams by fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, performance reviews, and post-implementation analyses to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in project management, change management, and technical execution.
• Technical Oversight and Integration:
• • Utilize technical knowledge in cloud technologies, application architecture, and modern DevOps practices to guide project strategies and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that solution designs meet project requirements, including performance optimization and disaster recovery.
• Stakeholder and Client Management:
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and necessary changes.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
  • Manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts to maintain strong, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders.
• Risk, Quality, and Change Management:
• • Identify potential project risks early using risk registers, SWOT analysis, and other risk management tools; implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and manage change control processes to accommodate evolving project requirements without derailing project timelines.
• Budgeting, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:
• • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast resource needs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and post-project evaluations using tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Analyze project performance data and incorporate lessons learned to drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud and technology-driven projects.
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments, with expertise in both Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong technical background in cloud computing, application architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Scrum Fundamentals are highly desirable.

Technical and Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Sound understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent) and related technologies.
• Advanced skills in risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Location and Availability:

• Onsite – Saudi Arabia: This position requires working onsite in Saudi Arabia.
• IQAMA Transferrable: Candidates must be locally available and hold a valid, transferrable IQAMA.
