Job Summary

We seek an expert Senior Angular Developer to elevate our globally distributed development team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Angular micro-frontend architecture and modern UI frameworks to build high-performance, enterprise-scale applications. You will leverage deep technical proficiency to drive innovation, optimize system efficiency, and deliver seamless user experiences while collaborating across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain complex micro-frontend applications using Angular (v14+) with modular, reusable design patterns.
  • Implement advanced state management via NgRx and orchestrate reactive data flows using RxJS observables.
  • Engineer responsive UIs by extending and customizing PrimeNG components and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to integrate end-to-end solutions with RESTful APIs.
  • Optimize application performance, including bundle sizing, lazy loading, and rendering efficiency.
  • Champion code quality through comprehensive testing, peer reviews, and documentation adhering to industry standards.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of system bottlenecks.
  • Continuously adopt emerging frontend technologies and best practices to enhance product capabilities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Angular Proficiency: 6+ years of hands-on experience developing production applications in Angular (v14 or newer), including component design, dependency injection, and change detection.
  • Micro-Frontend Expertise: Demonstrated success in building Angular-based micro frontends (Webpack Module Federation, single-spa, or similar).
  • Core Technologies:
    • Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
    • Advanced state management with NgRx (Store, Actions, Reducers, Effects).
    • Proficient with RxJS for reactive programming (Operators, Subjects, Observables).
  • UI Libraries: Extensive experience with PrimeNG (customization, theming, dynamic forms).
  • Development Practices:
    • Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).
    • Testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, or similar).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate technical concepts to global stakeholders and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-compliance sectors (finance, healthcare, or government).
  • Knowledge of monorepo management (Nx, Lerna) and backend integration (Node.js, Java).
  • Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Nice to have

  • Pega certifications (e.g., Pega Certified UI Specialist, Pega CSA, CSSA)
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum development
  • DevOps practices for Pega deployments 
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards
